Approaching 28 years in business and we’re always energized by a new wedding season upon us. We love meeting with the many couples who come in for cake and dessert tastings as they choose flavors, colors and designs that complement their personalities.
We use fresh fruit and unsalted butter, not lard or shortening and we get our beautiful designs and finishes by using our much loved whipping cream mousse and not fondant. We now sell floral silks and ribbons for convenience or brides may provide their own or arrange for fresh floral.
There will always be new colors of the season and design trends and currently we’re doing many “naked” cakes and rustic themed cakes and dessert tables however, you can also never go wrong with sophisticated elegance.
