Before you order your Wedding Cake ask bakeries the following:

Do you ever use lard or shortening in your
wedding cakes instead of pure butter?

Do you ever freeze your wedding cakes during
preparation or before delivery?

Do you ever use any jam, preservatives,
or jellies as a substitute for fresh fruit?

Do you use any artificial flavorings in
your wedding cakes?

Do your frostings have that overly sweet
sugary sandy consistency, instead of a
very smooth rich light finish?

If any of the answers to the above
